How to lose some facial fat?
Hi, Im 13 and have quite a chubby face, my face shape itself is fairly round but there is also excess fat. I was just wondering if anyone has some simple tips on how to reduce my excess facial fat, of course I appreciate that Im still developing and its just a part of growing up, but any tips would still help. Thanks....

You can't target where you will lose body fat. The body stores excess fat where it want and, when you exercise, it will take the fat from wherever it want to. It has nothing to do with which nearby muscles are exercised or "massaged." The muscles will get to the stored energy in fat from the blood stream, which is in constant circulation throughout the body. The muscle doesn't know and doesn't care where the energy comes from.
What facial exercises CAN do is tone and tighten up the muscles of the face, so that whatever fat is on TOP of the muscle won't sag or jiggle as much. The only way to make sure the excess fat is burned from around the face and head is to diet and exercise so that ALL of the body's fat is burned off. But, unfortunately, for some people, sometimes the face is one of the last places for the fat to go. Just like for some it's the hips and thighs and others the tummy and arms. You don't have any choice in this.

- Yes you are still developing and at the "puppy fat" stage still. I had the same thing I was a size woman's 14 at your age now I am a ten at 20 years old. What you can do is find some jaw exercises for example looking up and opening your jaw repeatedly.
