firstly you need to invest in a very good cream concealer, lancome sell a product called (Palette Pro) which has 4 different creams concealers in it, they are for anti-redness, anti-dullness, anti-fatigue and a general concealer. i love this product and it really works.
you also need to find a foundation which you like and suits your skin perfectly, depending if you like light or heavy make up.
also cleaning, toning and moisturising twice a day will renew your skin cells quicker, in turn making your skin look and feel better. you should also apply a moisturiser prior to applying make up, and allow to absorb into the skin for about 10 minutes before apply your make up.
hope this helps

- The new L'Oreal has got a new roll on true-match foundation, which i believe it very good and could also help cover the dark circle. Also you could use a good concealer on it. If you look at your grandma and mother though and they have dark circles too, there isn't alot you can do to it, but to try and hide it.
- Believe it or not, Bio-Oil (the stuff they recommend for scars and stretchmarks) can work on dark patches and circles. I have the same problem, I get dark shadows in various places on my face. Use a moisturiser at least once a day too. As for covering them up, try a true-match foundation or a light shade like biscuit or ivory.
- You simply soak tea bags in hot water, rinse in cool water,to create an eye pack that really does wonders! Then apply for 20 minutes or so,and this will immediately reduce puffiness and dark circles will begin to fade rather quickly!Chamomile night creams, and eye gels will do wonders as well and are quite reasonably priced.

- First, u sound like u need alot of sleep!
Second, u don't need to put foundation on all of ur face, just buy a really gd concealer, not a cheap one cos those can make u look orange.
Third, if ur fair skinned then get ivory or cream, its the one i get too n iv got REALLY pale skin. - get a very light foundation a cream to powder kind & then use a light powder base with a big blush brush to dab over it that's what my sis does & puts on some lighter make up it's cover-girl or if you know an avon or MaryKay people they could help you get the right stuff.
- Start looking after yourself better! Get more sleep, drink more water, eat healthy foods and take yourself to make up counter in Boots or somewhere and ask the assistants - they know their products and which would be best for your skin type.
- Get more sleep
