How do i get rid of red marks left from moderate acne? Advice plz?

I used to have moderate acne just over a year ago, but I was subscribed a gel called "isotrex" It has worked wonders and now I only have slight, mild acne. But I still have red marks that are still there on my face and they are more noticeable in well lit area and when room lights are on them. It's annoying because they are still there and I'm 21 so they are still kinda embarrassing although they aren't that bad, it's just the fact there still there. Is there any other kind of face washes that I could use to clear my face entirely, cos i just want clear skin.

If you're white you can always use lemon zest. Just squeeze a lemon into a dish and pat it on your red blotches with a small sponge. This will give you a much more even skin tone.
Lemon is has a Natural bleach in it, any products you can buy for it will have bleaches that will be very harsh on your skin causing it to age.
