Tattoo Question......?

Tattoo Question......?

Im getting a tattoo later on today at holey skin in bristol, but im only 16 (dont say anything about me regretting it or that i shouldnt get it, if your gonna say anything like that then dont answer), I was just wondering if they often ask you for ID cause im not 18, I look quite old for my age do you think they will ask for ID?
Its a decent tattoo place, not dodgy, my sister has had 2 tattoos from there and she is 19 and they didnt ask her for ID.
Thankyou x

I suppose it really depends where you go, though there's a very good chance that they will ID you, unless they know you or know a friend of yours and they've agreed to carry out the process. Otherwise, plan on getting ID'd.

  • i hope RIK D does call!!

and decent tattoo studio will ID everyone!
if they let one slip through the net they can get in LOADS of trouble!
    they wont risk it!

personally, if they dont iID me, i walk out.
if they are willing to risk it they obviously are not a decent legit studio.
  • if i was you id get a tatoo of a dragon on my dick who cares if they ask your age get your sisters id or your moms and tell them you got a sex change
  • if they do they are risking themselves.

if they give you a tattoo, and get caught doing it they can get fined huge amounts.
  • I had one done on my lower back a year ago and i was 16 and they didn't ask me for any ID card.I think it will be ok Good Luck
  • tbh i would say dont get it, its a lifetime commitment dont take it lightly. But no, they probbably wont. But if they dont, i really wouldnt use them. its your life babe x
  • The tattoo artist can lose their licence, its breaking the law. I hope Rik D did ring up.
  • They will now , Cause Im going to phone them
  • they are required by law to id you.
  • Every time I have had tattoos I have been id'd. This is even after the shop knew my face.
